what i imagine when i listen to Nicole's Atkins song - Cry Cry Cry

ok i know it is a bit out of mind and stuff, but recently i had chance to listen Nicole atkins - cry cry cry. it was done in some club and posted on youtube.
i think this song is beutiful for my ears.
and i haven't updated any of my blogs recently. so i decided to tell you all how i imagine this son....
it looks more like explication for a video, but i think you will be able to understand. :)
so here it is:

• Mirror. Nicole’s face came in and brushes her lips with her lipstick.
• On this view you can see some floor and wall – view rides horizontally and stops when reach view with Nicole puts on high heals.
• Picture goes up the stairs until reach her rushing down the stairs (view doesn’t go above her shoulders) follows her going down. And when she walks of the final stair the view takes her whole body from her back as well as the exit of the building.
• View from front corner side of car (cabriole) driver’s door. In the background is visible how Nicole comes close to car (her figure in blur).
• View changes and now shows how she brakes one of her high heals. Then she brakes off the other one and rushes further.
• Again that car view. She gets in, come closer to the mirror – fixes her eye lashes and drives off.
• View from above to the street. Nicole drives car through the traffic jam.
• Picture from inside of the car: she adjusts radio. Then she riffs off someone’s picture from the dash board and throws it out.
• Camera moves along riding car above it. Car turns in to empty freeway.
• On music play – off view how Nicole rides in her car and raises her hands above.
• Car stops to pick up a hitch hiker with a guitar.
• He puts his guitar in to a trunk and jumps in to the front seat.
• View of Nicole’s face. It is visible that her eye shadows are a bit melting.
• Then they stop to pick up a couple of guys. One of them carry a guitar and the other one – wrapped keyboards.
• They put keyboards in to a trunk. Then guys sets up in a back seat and puts the guitar in between.
• Car goes off again.
• While they are riding car brakes off – steam is coming from the hood.
• That’s when guy with pick up truck goes by and stops to help Nicole and the gang.
• They all gets in to that truck and goes off
• View from the upper back of the truck. Gang riding in the back and singing.
• Singing in a truck view from a different angles.
• Sun is going down . view from the very low angle. Setting sun in the ocean and a part of the road in the view. Five siluets going to the setting sun direction.

sorry for my grammar :)

feel the free everybody!

  1. Wow, this is a great fantasy description! I love it. So vivid - like a movie.

I'm going to show it to my other Nicole friends and I'll bet they have something to say about your description here as well.

I agree its such a great song!

  2. Howdy Mr. Smork,
I don't think you're out of your mind at all. Nicole's voice is like that of a Siren's from Greek mythology. You can't help but be drawn to it. So, allow your imagination a long leash, and as you would say, "feel the free!" As for your thoughts on the video sequence, I believe the plot you've described is something with which she could identify, and she would probably participate in such a video if she was comfortable with the director and crew. I'm not as appreciative of the song as you and Dave are, but that's only in comparison to the rest of her work. I submit that it's catchy and a toe-tapper, but I reserve words like "beautiful" more for her ballads. Maybe in time, the recording of the song will turn out to be beautiful, just as you have said. If you're interested, I just posted a video of myself playing a keyboard solo for the song on YouTube. Here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iXhkSxjg3C0
As for your grammar, I'm positive that you write better English than either Dave or I can write in your language. Which language is your native one, by the way? Many Americans never learn a second language well enough for communication. So, there is no need to apologize.

    Be well, Mr. Smork. --VFSD

  3. thanks, dave and vfsd.
i watched the video and... em' the begining - i couldn't quiet hear because of background music noise. but when it got to the end - it sounded quit good.
i don't know, i think that beautiful songs might bee both ballads and fast - cheer...
i am glad you don't write in my tongue language. :) it is easier to say it all in english. :D
my tongue language is - lithuanian, brtw. :)
thanks again for your comments. :)
